Refund policy

Our 30-day risk-free guarantee means that if you’re unhappy with your GR8PE order for any reason, all you need to do is mail it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund—contact orders@gr8pehealth.com to get started. 

To be eligible for a refund, you will need to return the unused portion of your product to us. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The refund will be returned to your original method of payment within 6 weeks after receipt of the returned product. Please note that the shipping costs cannot be refunded to you.

Subscription Orders: For monthly subscription orders, you can receive a refund within 30 days, up to the value of one month's subscription.

Pre-Orders: Customers can cancel their pre-order for a full refund up to 5 days before the scheduled ship date. After this period, cancellations will not be processed; however, our 30-day guarantee will still apply if you are not satisfied with the product.

Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
