Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Here is our shipping policy:

Shipping Timeframe

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Free Economy Shipping: We offer free economy shipping on orders over $50. This offer is valid for domestic orders only.
  • We ship via USPS or UPS. The available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Our products may not be approved for sale in other jurisdictions, and as such, we do not ship outside of the US.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@gr8pehealth.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately.
